Tasting Notes:

Calm Mind is mostly peppermint-y with a hint of floral lavender and mild grassy notes. Mild and refreshing, does not need to be sweetened to be enjoyed. Creates a pleasant honey-coloured tea.

Stress Buster, when sweetened (recommended), this tea is warm and grounding, with spicy and sweet notes coming from the cinnamon and fennel. Creates a light-coloured, clear tea.

Brain Storm, when sweetened (recommended), this tea is bright and invigorating, with a strong sweet herbal flavour from the basil (Tulsi) and rosemary. Makes a flavourful and light-coloured tea.

Anxiety relief tea – Calm Mind is a calming blend of herbs to help soothe your mind and nerves.

• Skullcap is a calming herb that helps support and nourish the nervous system and relieves stress and anxiety. It also helps maintain a balanced mental and emotional state and combats panic attacks.
• Peppermint is useful to relax the gut muscles and soothe nausea, gas and indigestion, which is common among anxiety sufferers.
• Lavender is a mild sedative, and has a soothing effect that can help relieve sleeplessness, irritability, headaches and alleviate depression.

Stress Relief Tea – Stress Buster contains uplifting and rejuvenating adaptogenic herbs to help beat stress.

• Ashwagandha restores the adrenal glands by reducing overactivity and promoting rest and relaxation to help counter stress, anxiety and tension. It supports physical and mental performance while also improving sleep quality.
• Rhodiola is an adaptogen that works on the central nervous system, supporting memory and concentration under conditions of stress, and helping to relieve nervous exhaustion and improve mental endurance and mood.
